Dear Participants of Endovienna 2012!

What a meeting, what a party!!!

Now, that Endovienna 2012 gradually will slide into history, stress and adrenalin-levels of the organisers (and of some participants ...) are returning to normal again, we would love to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for your contributions!

Final numbers show that we had almost 1.400 participants (1.398, to be precise) from 94 countries from all continents (no one from Antarctica, though ...). The sessions were "packed" with audience until the very last day, for which we are extremely grateful. There were 1.690 registered participants attending instructional courses, the live demonstration dissections have received the highest accolades by all. There were over 150 neurosurgeons attending, which is a token for the truly interdisciplinary character of Endovienna 2012.

We again thank you all for attending, your marvellous contributions (over 450 oral presentations, over 130 posters) and we sincerely hope, that you enjoyed the meeting as much as we did! We now wish you a safe homeward journey and look forward to meeting you again at Endomilano 2014 at Milano, Italy.
